The early availability of detailed and accurate 3D studies from laser scan data enables shipyards to move forward with project planning, renovation design and procurement of materials ready to start work as soon as the ship arrives at the dock repair. 3D scanning Measurement

The Laser Scanner can capture complex and surfaces as a dense 3D scan data. This allows performing non-contact, 3D inspections with ease. Non-contact 3D scanning can digitize features such as flush and gap that are difficult to inspect with contact methods. Alignment Checks

Alignment checks of derricks and tower can be completed with ease using 3D scanning. The high accuracy ensures that the misalignment of even a 1 -2 grads over a length of 10m can be identified.
